ever since i started my teacher training in january and got to intensely studying the philosophy of yoga, i’ve been thinking more about veganism. my love and appreciation for all things living is exceeding my love and appreciation for all things tasty. if it weren’t for the lack of funds and resources, animal byproducts would be long gone from my diet. it saddens me that i don’t have the ability to practice what i preach. my followers are predominantly carnivores (which i completely accept- i’m not one of those) so i’m not expecting much response. but if you have any insight on how to lead a healthy vegan lifestyle, please share.
