I didn’t notice until the middle of day (while wearing one of only two disney shirts I own) the significance of today’s date. exactly one year ago, I was embarking upon my second journey into the cast member world. through those short-lived experiences, I grew more than I would have ever thought humanly possible. it made appreciate the little and big things and people that I have here at home, and taught me how to love everything beyond them. as much as my complaining may make it seem completely otherwise, and although I am so happy to be home for good, the disney college program truly changed me for the better.

and before you proceed make fun of my massive sunglasses, I would like to share the greatest piece of advice I learned throughout my disney career. it is to never be the first to let go of a hug.
