There are so many blogs and general advice on how to lose weight the healthy way. But what about the ones who are suffering from not being able to even reach a healthy weight? People look at me and tell me to eat a burger or that they wish they were so thin. Some of us underweight sufferers are self conscious too, you know. I can only speak for myself, but such remarks don’t make me feel good. There are health and confidence issues that come with it, just like being overweight.
Anyways. I made a severely odd but deliciously healthy and protein-dense dinner today. Two whole eggs and one egg white scrambled with bananas dipped in peanut butter.
