my therapist told me that when i set intentions for myself, i should make them public. because then, i’ll be less likely to back out of them, as i usually do.
there’s a facebook group for my store where everybody posts their “sweat schedule” for the week. it’s so inspiring and puts into perspective how much i’m slacking on what i love most.
so i think i’m going to start posting mine here and see how it makes me feel.
